A “reportable communicable disease” refers to any disease listed in New Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C.) Title 8, Chapter 57.Per these regulations, confirmed or suspect cases of communicable disease must be reported to the local health department where the patient resides.If patient residence is unknown, report to your own local health department.
