The Morris ~ Somerset Regional Coalition strives to be a New Jersey leader in chronic disease control and prevention.
The Mission of the Morris ~ Somerset Regional Chronic Disease Coalition is to prevent premature death and disability from chronic diseases such as cancer, to understand risk factors of chronic disease and to promote safe and healthy behaviors. The main goal of the coalition is to increase chronic disease and cancer awareness, reduce the burden of chronic disease and the impact of cancer on all residents in the region through advocacy, improved education, screening and access to treatment and follow up.
