Somerset County in collaboration with Raritan Valley Community College is currently scheduling for a COVID-19 Drive-Thru testing clinic on*    

  • Now Scheduling COVID Testing: Wednesday, January 27th  -- from 10am to 1pm 
  • In preparation for additional COVID-19 vaccination clinics, Somerset County will end COVID testing at RVCC on Wednesday January 27th.

Testing Requirements

  • Testing is by appointment only and proof of residency is required.
  • Anyone without an appointment will be turned away.
  • Testing is free of charge and is only available for Somerset County residents, age five (5) and older.

For the safety, health and security of staff and volunteers, patients must arrive by car and stay in the car. The testing site will not allow entry if residents don’t arrive in a vehicle, even if they have a valid driver’s license and an appointmentThe testing site location is Raritan Valley Community College, 118 Lamington Road in Branchburg.

To make an appointment for a COVID-19 test, please click here.

  • Parents or guardians who wish to register their child between age 5-18 will do so by registering online. Parents or guardians must mark their child's birthday year as 2003 on the registration site, then call 908-231-7155 to confirm the child's birthday
  • Residents without computer access can call the Somerset County Department of Health at 908-231-7155. 

When to Get Tested After COVID-19 Exposure 

Individuals should wait 5-7 days after being exposed to COVID-19 to get tested. While you are waiting to get tested, quarantine at home and stay away from others.
