As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), we provide a variety of comprehensive services to increase the accessibility and availability of care that is person and family centered for children, adolescents and adults.

The CCBHC provides a comprehensive range of addiction and mental health services to individuals using evidence-based practices. Expanded services include substance use and mental health care, 24-hour crisis care, and care coordination. CCBHC serves any individual in need.

The CCBHC expansion will provide an opportunity to connect and engage individuals prior to formal evaluation and treatment. Upon initial contact, each individual benefits from a Case Manager and/or a Peer Recovery Specialist to identify immediate needs including housing, food insecurity, entitlements, transportation, crisis planning, stabilization, medical needs, and detoxification. The treatment team will continue to ensure integration of whole health care services.  The CCBHC will provide the services of a School and Community Liaison Coordinator to implement and maintain effective communication across schools and youth serving organizations in Somerset County by offering outreach, education, and case management to students and their parents/guardians.

By developing this approach to care, Richard Hall hopes to better meet mental health, substance use, and primary care needs of individuals across Somerset County.
