Investors Bank Awards $5K Grant for STEM Program
FRANKLIN – Investors Bank recently presented a check for $5,000 to the Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women to support the organization’s annual STEM program.z
Robert L. Jordan, assistant vice president and manager of the bank’s Somerset branch, presented the check to Freeholder Deputy Director Patricia Walsh, Commission Chair Janice Fields and Commissioner Smriti Agrawal.
The funds will be used toward the commission’s fourth annual STEM program to be held in October. The event encourages seventh- and eighth-grade girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math.
