Prosecutor Robertson stated that on October 25, 2018, at approximately 1:25 P.M., members of the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force, along with members of the Bernards Township Police Department were conducting an investigation into the distribution of narcotics by defendant Larbig in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards Township.
