Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson, Chief of County Detectives John W. Fodor, and Franklin Township Chief of Police Richard Grammar announced the arrest of Xu Huiqin, age 47 of Flushing, New York.

Prosecutor Robertson stated that on August 15, 2018, at approximately 3:45 P.M., after a two-month long investigation conducted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force and the Franklin Township Police Department, Xu Huiqin was arrested for engaging in prostitution. The investigation began after law enforcement received several complaints from concerned citizens regarding a suspected brothel being operated out of the massage parlor, New Image Spa on Easton Avenue in Franklin Township, New Jersey.
