To complete any of these fact sheets on your computer, open the desired Word file, save it to your computer, fill in your information, resave the file, print it and bring it with you to the Somerset County Surrogate's Office, or fax it as instructed on the form.

If you have difficulty printing any of the Word documents, you may want to print the PDF version instead and complete the form(s) by hand or on a typewriter. Please note: You need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software (available free from www.adobe.com) on your computer in order to open and print PDF files.
