The Somerset County Board of Freeholders and the county’s departments and divisions have taken full advantage of online technology to help citizens stay connected to all facets of county government programs and services. The Board of Freeholders provides a free e-mail alerts service that provides regular updates on more than 90 topics. Wireless text-messages also are available for some items. To sign up for any of these free email notifications, you need provide only your email address, which is kept strictly confidential.
