Michael J. Amorosa, Administrator/Clerk
Appointed for a five-year term. Responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and supervision of County departments and projects. Also responsible for implementation of Board policies. Acts as the Freeholders’ representative in many internal and external matters.

Kathryn A. Quick, Deputy Clerk
Responsible for coordinating and preparing those things needed for Freeholder meetings, including meeting scheduling, preparation of agendas, and correspondence to Freeholders; attendance; recording votes and actions; processing of all resolutions and ordinances and forwarding to appropriate entities; and required legal advertising.

Acts as the depository of vital County documents, including resolutions, ordinances, contracts, bonds, minutes of meetings and insurance policies; and as custodian of the official County seal and affixing it to appropriate documents. Serves as the designated Keeper of the Records as required by the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and is responsible for handling all requests for official records of business of the County of Somerset that are releasable under the OPRA law.
