The draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is available for review at the Somerset County Community Development Office through Nov. 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Anyone wishing to comment may do so by responding in writing by Nov. 25.

Holiday Note
County offices will be closed Nov. 26 and 27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Recycling pickups in Warren, Watchung, Martinsville and Thomae Park have been rescheduled to Nov. 27. Recycling will be collected as scheduled in North Plainfield and Green Brook on Nov. 27.

Residents may bring donations of canned goods and other non-perishable food to any First Saturday of the Month Recycling Drop-off. The next one is Dec. 5.
