The Assessment Center serves as the single point of entry for services
at the Richard Hall Community Mental Health Center.
initial visit, the client will meet with a clinician to discuss concerns
and an appropriate level of service. If an evaluation with one of our
prescribers is needed for the purpose of adjunctive medication
treatment, the intake clinician will discuss this with the client and
then schedule such an appointment.
disposition team made up of clinicians from various departments across
the Center will assure that the client gets the appropriate level of
care. A suggested treatment plan will be discussed with the client over
the phone once the intake has been presented to the disposition team and
a therapist has been assigned.
There may be a waiting period for
the initial appointment as well as for a psychiatric evaluation due to
the volume of requested appointments. Priority will be given to those
most in need of our services.
