Community Development administers two entitlement grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Staff provide technical assistance to potential applicants, monitor grant recipients for compliance with federal regulations, and process reimbursement payments for grant-related expenses. In addition, the division also administers the County’s Economic Development Incentive Program.
