Brian Newman, Director of Financial
The sections of the Division of Finance are Payroll, Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budget, Grants and the Ledger. Finance
prepares the county budget annually for submission to the Freeholders
and is responsible for the sale of bonds and notes of the county.
Responsible for the financial affairs of the county. The office
safeguards all county funds: provides for short- and long-term cash flow
needs; provides payroll services to municipalities and non-direct county
agencies; and provides technical assistance to all grant programs on
financial and accounting issues.
