of Education in Somerset County. The executive county superintendent’s
office coordinates and regulates educational services in the county,
working mainly through local boards of education and their agents. The
county office monitors educational programs and school budgets to ensure
that the thorough-and-efficient education mandate is met. The county
office fields complaints and serves to answer questions from the public
