Gallery 24/7 - A Public Art Project - Call for
Artists
The Somerset County Cultural & Heritage Commission is pleased to announce
the initiation of a public art project, “Gallery 24/7.” Artwork will be
applied to the exterior of selected outdoor traffic-control boxes (TCBs)
throughout Somerset County. With the aid of dedicated arts funding through a
New Jersey State Council on the Arts Local Arts Program Grant, and through a
competitive and professionally juried selection process, visual artists
residing in New Jersey are invited to create and submit original artwork for
G24/7. Photos and locations of the 11 TCBs are shown below.
Deadline is Aug. 12, 2010.
